LIfe is Better than 50 Years Ago

When people hear this quote" Life is better than it was 50 years" they tell others their stories. The quality of life, industrial development, new technology and etc. Should people agree to this because life is better now or should people disagree? What was the main purpose during now and back then. I agree with this. I'm going to give examples and details about the main point of view.

Back in those days in the 50s, everything was very old-schooled, black and white colors during television, there were transportation, no internet and computers and people use to smoke cigarettes and less opportunities. People didn't like it back in those days because they think that the world didn't have to much as if today. During these times, things were a lot harder and a lot of frustration. Also it didn't have better educations, schools and jobs for adults and children. This was during the time when Dr. King and Malcolm X was still living, talking about better education, stopping segregation and better needs for the communities around the world.

Now in this generation we have all the opportunities in the world. Women can now vote for presidents. While America has proven the land of opportunity true in the past it is more true today than it has ever been before. The country is learning from the past and thinking about the future. The country has been utilizing resources throughout everywhere and a lot of progression. We see that people statistically live longer in a happier life. We also see increases of technology and sophisticated life overall. The more we rise together, the more life become a world legend. New technology has been invented during the new generation, back in those days we had telephones, phone booths, old computers and televisions. Now we have different types of smartphones, laptops, plasma screens and etc. Technology also save people lives and continues on forever.

This is now the 21st century. It is more convenient nowadays I mean having computers, telephones, fax machines. People don't have to work hard for their money as they used to. There are more visual and things are much faster but with more mistakes. Another change is we been through the Civil War. Not just that, humans been suffering through diseases and medications. In the 50s, some of the doctors was given normal civilians the wrong types of medicine. Not only that, violence was going around states and kept going on for years and years.

In conclusion, we continue on with life forever. We will still remember what people been through in the 50s and still living today in this generation. Life goes throughout the universe and continues on forever. We need to concentrate on what on we doing and what can life and technology do to us. That's why people should agree with this quote.

While bullying has always been a problem encountered during childhood and adolescence, we all know it's on the rise. When a child is intentionally and repeatedly mean to another child, the cycle begins. Bullying occurs everywhere, in the playground, at lunch in the cafeteria, in locker rooms or even on cell phones. Now that so many children have access to the latest technology, the problem has become more prevalent. I agree with the author because this has been happening for a period of time.

A Role Model

The reason I chose this particular person is because he was known for all of his television shows, especially The Cosby Show during mid-80s and make books about The Greatest African Americans in the world. He was also the first African-American gentlemen to stand up comedian during the 1970s and 1980s. Three of his accomplishments was receiving an award for ruling the U.S Supreme Court that outlawed racial segregation schools, wanted parents to educate their children more often of different aspects in the American culture and changing the African American spirit.

Review

No, I didn't like the movie is because there are other people in that world who wants something and the fireman was trying to destroy books and not let people have anything. They think that reading books is forbidden and everything is different. An example: The lady got arrested the next day and felt ashamed of herself.

Anthem Essay

" Throughout the centuries there were men who took first steps down new roads armed with nothing but there own vision." Dystopia is a society that is some important way undesirable or frightening. Equality was thinking for himself instead of everybody that was thinking together, he is special because his writing in a book about what is happening give a gift in a name'' the golden one". The government was trying to rule, everybody very poor, and men and women can go to Palace with the Golden One. The hardest to live without is individuality because if your not thinking about yourself it makes you a robot was thinking different to everyone. The easiest to live without is technology because some people really don't use technology that often. No they wasn't successful in eliminating because one person still thinking that he is the same but different.
